KYIV, Aug 11 - Industrial and Investment Company of Ukraine LLC (Mariupol) intends to buy a state stake in Joint Ukrainian-Kazakh-Russian Enterprise for Nuclear Fuel Production, UkrTVS.

The corresponding announcement was posted in the bulletin of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

The beneficiary of Industrial and Investment Company of Ukraine is Kyiv resident Yaroslav Melnychuk. The company specializes in production of non-metallic mineral goods and various types of trade.
