KIEV, May 10 ??“ Three pro-Western parties have been quietly working on a roadmap of main policy decisions for the new government in a bid to form the ruling coalition, a party activist said Wednesday.

The roadmap, the key demand from President Viktor Yushchenko for the coalition, was last month rejected by former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, a potential coalition partner.
