KYIV, Aug 7 – A German government envoy on decentralization will begin work in Ukraine soon, Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development, Construction, and Housing and Utilities Sector Hennadiy Zubko said.

"The [decentralization] reform has been assessed highly by the European Union, including Germany, with whose support Ukraine is implementing many projects. The delegation by the German government of an envoy on decentralization is yet further evidence of the reform's successful implementation," Zubko's press service quoted him as saying on Monday.
