KYIV, Aug 7 – Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski said Ukraine was important for European peace and security and assured Poland will be standing ready to support Kyiv’s integration with Europe.

The comments seem to retract Waszczykowski’s previous statements that Poland would object Ukraine’s European integration unless Kyiv agrees to tone down support for nationalist parties.
