KYIV. Aug 3 - Exports of Ukrainian agriculture products to European countries rose to $2.774 billion in January-June, up 31.4% compared to the same period in 2016, the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food reported.
Supplies of corn to European markets increased by 54.3%, soybeans by 3.3 times, oilcake by 18.5%, poultry by 94.4%, barley by 2.6 times, etc.
"The supply of niche and processed products with added value to European markets has noticeably increased, for example: butter by 1,065 times, dried legumes by 86%, chocolate by 24%, canned tomatoes by 12.1% and others," Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food for European Integration Olha Trofimtseva said.
