KYIV, Aug. 2 – Industrialbank and Express-Bank shareholders at general meetings on Tuesday agreed to merge the two banks into one entity that will continue as Industrialbank, the bank reported Wednesday.

Mykhailo Bukreyev was appointed board chairman of the merged bank, with board members to include Vladyslav Dedovets, Artem Laznia, Vlad Verchenko, Inna Zavadska and Iryna Marianko.
