KYIV, Aug 2 – Over 18,000 new state-owned customers joined the ProZorro electronic public procurement system since August 2016, and the number of tenders grew by 550%, to 991,500, the Economic Development and Trade Ministry reported on Tuesday.

The number of bidders, including companies and individual businessmen who took part at least in one tender, rose by 384%, while the sum of the announced tenders soared almost 10-fold, from UAH 75 billion to UAH 725 billion.
