KYIV, Aug. 1 - The share of bad loans in the banking system of Ukraine as of July 1, 2017 was 57.73%, which is 1.34 percentage points (p.p.) more than a month earlier, the relevant data were posted on the website of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
The total loan portfolio in June increased by 0.06%, to UAH 1.018 trillion.
The NBU said the highest ratio of non-working loans to the volume of the loan portfolio was fixed at state-owned banks - 73.1%, whereas the share of non-performing loans at insolvent banks stands at 54.7%.
