Prosecutors investigate 400 high-profile corruption cases: NABU chief
Journal Staff Report

KIEV, July 28 – The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) is investigating about 400 corruption cases, which the judiciary branch is not ready to consider, Director of the NABU Artem Sytnyk said.

"On average, there are about 400 cases. And now we have 620 employees out of 700 possible employees. In the near future, several detectives will be appointed. …Every day investigative actions are conducted. This process is gaining momentum rapidly, since we are constantly increasing the number of people, and these people are constantly providing internal communication and, accordingly, our resources are constantly growing with new investigations. But these cases are sabotaged at courts," he said in an interview with Channel 5 on Thursday evening.
