KIEV, July 27 - ENGIE Energy Management Ukraine LLC has applied for a license to supply natural gas in Ukraine in a move that will bring one of the biggest European gas traders in Ukraine.

The decision to grant a license to the Ukrainian subsidiary of ENGIE of France will be considered at a meeting of the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) scheduled for August 1, 2017.

ENGIE Energy Management Ukraine, in addition to gas trading, in the classification of activities also formalized the possibility of gas and oil production, distribution and trade in electricity.
