KIEV, July 27 – Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan said Ukraine International Airlines owes UAH 400 million to the government and should repay the debt as soon as possible.

He made comments in response to UIA filing a lawsuit against the government owned airport seeking to undermine the deal allowing low cost airline Ryanair to enter the Ukrainian market.
