KIEV, April 27 ??“ Interpipe Corp., Ukraine??™s largest producer of steel pipes, acquired a 60% stake in Dniprospetsstal, a maker of stainless steel, Viktor Pinchuk, the owner of Interpipe, said.

Pinchuk acquired the stake from Konstantin Grigorishin, a Russian businessman with business interests in Ukraine, according to Interfax-Ukraine report.
