KIEV, July 25 – Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman urged the Infrastructure Ministry to draft a strategy for the transportations sector instead of lobbying for individual projects.

The comment indicates that Groysman is taking side of reformist Wojciech Balczun, Board Chairman of railroad company Ukrzaliznytsia, in his conflict with Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan.
