KIEV, July 14 – Energoatom, the state nuclear power generating company, boosted power output 13.4% on year to 45.726 billion kWh in January through June, the company said.
The target for production of power for the period was exceeded by 5.6%, the company said.
The company's power plants in the period sold 43.044 billion kWh of electricity against 37.876 billion kWh in January-June 2016.
The share of Energoatom in the total structure of electricity supplied to Energomarket amounted to 59.9%, in the total structure of electricity production in the country some 58.4%.
