KIEV, April 26 ??“ Interpipe Corporation is planning an initial public offering (IPO) in 2008, Oleksandr Kyrychko, managing director of Interpipe Management, said during the Tube/Wire exhibition in Dusseldorf.

Preparations for the IPO have been under way since last year, Kyrychko said. He said a consolidated financial report should be prepared in 2006.
