KIEV, July 14 – Ukraine's higher administrative court ruled in favor of Yuzgaz B.V. in its dispute with the government over development of a major shale gas field in the country.

Yuzgaz, based in the Netherlands, is though to be controlled by undisclosed Ukrainian interests and has been seeking to start drilling for shale gas at the Yuzivska field in the Kharkiv and Donetsk region.
