KIEV, April 25 - The International Finance Corporation (IFC) may allocate a $100 million loan to the Industrial Union of Donbas (IUD) in Ukraine's Donetsk for upgrades, improving competitiveness and environmental programs.

The IFC said in a press release that the project is expected to cost $1.1 billion. IUD also plans to raise a syndicated loan of $250 million to fund the project.
