KIEV, July 6 – Ukraine’s economy will probably grow 1.6% on the year in 2017, or slower than originally expected 1.95%, according to a revised forecast by the National Bank of Ukraine.
But the economic growth will probably accelerate to 3.2% and 4% on year in 2018 and 2019, in line with the originally forecast, the bank said.
The NBU said consumer inflation will probably hit 9.1% in 2017, unchanged from the original forecast.
