KIEV, July 5 - Ukraine’s output of berries increased over the past three years to 130,000 metric tons annually, boosting exports to the EU and the Middle East, UkrAgroConsult Director General Serhiy Feofilov said Tuesday.
"The exports of berries in 2014 were only 21,500 metric tons, while in 2016 Ukraine exported 44,700 mt to foreign markets,” Feofilov said. “Frozen berries predominate in the exports of blueberries, raspberries, cranberries and blackberries."
