KIEV, June 30 – Most Ukrainians believe there is no alternative to the country’s integration with Europe as staying neutral may only worsen its security, according to a recent opinion poll.

Some 39% of Ukrainians polled in May by the GfK Ukraine company said the integration was critical for the country’s future.

A minority, some 22% of respondents, did not think such integration was unavoidable, according to the poll that was ordered by the World Policy Institute.
