KIEV, July 3 – Ukraine may take action against two billionaires, Ihor Kolomoyskiy and Gennadiy Bogoliubov, for failing to pay their outstanding liabilities following the high-profile bankruptcy of their Privatbank last year.

The main shareholders of Privatbank were supposed to submit by July 1 a plan to repay billions of hryvnias in debts after the government had bailed out the bank, but failed.
