KIEV, April 25 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko is determined to dismiss the newly elected Parliament if parties fail to create the majority coalition, Oleh Rybachuk, Yushchenko??™s chief of staff, said Tuesday.

The parties have 30 days to form the coalition in Parliament after lawmakers hold their first session in the middle of May, and another 30 days to form the government.
