KIEV, June 19 – Ukraine is grateful for the European Union's consistent policy of non-recognition of the illegal annexation of Crimea and extension by the EU Foreign Affairs Council of the "Crimean package" of sanctions against the aggressor state for 12 months "without debate," the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said on its official website.

"We highly appreciate the EU's constant attention to developments in the occupied Crimea, which is characterized by serious systemic violations of human rights... The support of the EU and partners is a key one for restoring the territorial integrity of Ukraine in accordance with international law," it said.
