KIEV, June 13 - Smoke was reported at Unit 3 of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant on Tuesday, which was eliminated in three minutes, the Ukrainian State Nuclear Regulation Inspectorate reported.

The report of smoke at room No. 509 of Unit 3 of the Chernobyl plant came from the plant's shift head at 3:57 p.m., the inspectorate said on its website.

Members of the State Emergencies Service eliminated the smoke at 4 p.m., it said.
