BUDAPEST, April 20 - Vorskla Steel AG, a steel company owned by British and Swiss investors with interests in Ukraine, seeks to build a EUR 300 million steel company in Hungary, a report said.

Vorskla planned to invest in the project jointly with Ferrexpo Poltava Mining, Ukraine??™s largest iron ore pellet producer and a major exporter to Europe.
