KIEV, June 13 – Ukrainian citizens residing in Russian-occupied Donbas and Crimea will be able to receive the Ukrainian biometric passports they need to enter the European Union without visas after additional vetting, press secretary of the state-run Dokument enterprise Volodymyr Polischuk said.
"To obtain biometric passports, citizens whose residence registration is in the occupied areas of Donbas and Crimea will have to provide additional documents for identification," he said on Espreso.TV on Monday evening.
