KIEV, June 12 – The European Union expects that the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union will come into force in full on September 1, 2017.

"The process of ratification of the agreement is virtually over. All 28 EU countries have ratified it. Starting from September 1, the agreement will reach the implementation stage," head of the EU Delegation in Ukraine Hugues Mingarelli told reporters in Kiev on Monday, responding to a question from Interfax-Ukraine.
