KIEV, June 8 – The Russian Lipetsk Confectionary, which is owned by President Petro Poroshenko’s Roshen group, is battling with Russian tax authorities over allegedly unpaid taxes in Russia, Interfax reported.
The confectionary seeks to strike down the decision of Russia's tax inspection service in Lipetsk region demanding the factory pay RUB 48 million to the state budget.
The arbitration court of Lipetsk region in Russia is scheduled on June 20.
