KIEV, June 7 – Direct railway passenger traffic between Ukraine and the European Union will be expanded and will carry 100,000 people by end of the year, Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan said Wednesday.

“All regions of Ukraine will get convenient connections for routes to Poland. In addition, it will be possible to attract passenger traffic from Moldova,” Omelyan said.
