KIEV, June 2 - EU Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn said that Ukraine's e-declaration system is functioning normally and that it's the task of the country's law enforcement agencies to investigate suspicious income.

"I don't want to comment now in depth, but the competent law enforcement agencies are responsible for that," Hahn said during a ceremony launching a new EU sponsored anti-corruption initiative in Kiev.
