KIEV, May 30 - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has opened a new representative office in Odessa, which became the Bank's fourth office in Ukraine and completed the formation of its Ukrainian-based branches.

The new office will allow the EBRD to be closer to its local customers and will also facilitate access to expert advice for small- and medium-sized enterprises, the EBRD said in a press release.
