KIEV, May 23 - Industrial production in Ukraine decreased by 6.1% in April compared to the same month in 2016, while in March this year it fell by 2.7%, the State Statistics Service said.

The agency said that with adjustment for the effect of calendar days industrial production in April 2017 decreased by 4.6% compared to April 2016.

The service said in comparison with the previous month industrial production in March this year fell by 6.9%, and taking into account the seasonal factor by 1.7%.
