KIEV, April 18 - PPF Group, a Czech financial company, is in talks to purchase Privatinvest Bank, a regional subsidiary of Privatbank, Ukraine??™s largest bank, Oleksandr Dubilet, CEO of Privatbank, said.

"We aren't denying that talks are being held," Dubilet said, adding that the talks are still in the preliminary stage.
