KIEV, April 17 ??“ Caparol, a German paint producer, is to build a plant in Dnipropetrovsk, Caparol's owner and director general Klaus Murjahn said in an interview with the Business weekly.

"We're planning to move own production facilities to Ukraine and have already acquired a plot of land for the construction in Dnipropetrovsk," he said.
