KIEV, May 10 – The U.S. Department of Commerce during the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on silicomanganese imported from Ukraine has preliminarily found that subject merchandise has been sold in the United States at prices below normal value and the 163% duty is kept.

According to the Federal Register issued on May 9, 2017, the period of review (POR) is August 1, 2015, through July 31, 2016. The review covers two exporters of the subject merchandise, Zaporizhia Ferroalloy Plant and Nikopol Ferroalloy Plant.
