KIEV, April 17 ??“ Ukraine??™s Consumer Confidence Index (CCI) increased slightly in January through February, according to a survey released by the International Center of Policy Studies (ICPS), an independent think tank.

"The February CCI rose 0.6 points over December 2005, to 103.7," according to the report by the center.
