KIEV, April 14 ??“ A certain number of subscribers of Ukrainian Mobile Communications, or UMC, Ukraine??™s No. 2 cell phone company, is ready to buy 3G mobile services, UMC CEO Adam Wojacki said.

"There are segments of subscribers that are absolutely ready to use 3G opportunities. We know these segments and we are ready to build [3G network] as soon as we receive a license," Wojacki told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
