KIEV, April 15 ??“ Leonid Chernovetskiy, a newly elected mayor of Kiev, is likely to face a tough challenge soon as three groups have joined forces Friday to create an opposition majority in the city legislature.

The groups will be led by Chernovetskiy??™s main rival at the mayor election, Vitaliy Klichko, a retired world heavyweight boxing champion, and will control 62 seats in the 120-seat legislature.
