MOSCOW, April 13 - Moving mass production of helicopter engines from Ukraine to Russia is unprofitable for both states, Viacheslav Bohuslayev, director general of the Zaporizhia-based Motor Sich Company, said on Thursday.

"The decision, adopted by the Russian government, to move defense industry enterprises from Ukraine to Moscow is probably the biggest nonsense since 1917," Bohuslayev told reporters at the Dvigateli 2006 show in Moscow.
