ODESSA, April 3 - The police on Monday unblocked the work of banking establishments in Odessa, and some offices of banks have resumed work, the communications department of Odessa region's police has said.

Additionally, the National Police in Odessa region told Interfax-Ukraine the police had opened a criminal case on the basis of the article of the Criminal Code dealing with hooliganism on the basis of the actions taken by activists on the offices of Sberbank and Alfa-Bank in Odessa.
