KIEV, March 24 – The National Commission for Communications and Informatization Regulation (NCCR) and mobile operations have agreed on frequency refarming of 1,800 MHz range, Commission Head Oleksandr Zhyvotovsky has said.

"Yesterday [on Wednesday] at a meeting with CEO of Kyivstar, Vodafone Ukraine and lifecell held under the initiative of the American Chamber of Commerce, we have come to an accommodation on the frequency refarming of 1,800 MHz range. Thanks to the teams of three operators for finding a compromise proposed by the NCCR," he wrote on his Facebook page.
