KIEV, March 23 – Ukraine's Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry has reported that Export-Import Bank of China is ready to cut the credit rate for the bilateral grain project of State Food-Grain Corporation and China's CCEC.
"The rate for the Chinese credits will be reduced. The new rate is being discussed and is to be approved by China. The main thing is that the decision is made," Minister Taras Kutoviy said.
The arrangements were made at a meeting of officials of the Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry with Vice President of Export-Import Bank of China Yuan Xingyong.
