KIEV, March 23 – Kiev's police have started a pretrial investigation in the criminal case over the loss of control over the enterprises located in areas temporarily not controlled by Ukrainian government forces in Donetsk and Luhansk regions by DTEK energy company, the company’s press service has reported.

The information appeared in the unified register of pretrial investigations.

"The first phase of the criminal proceedings over the loss of control over own assets in the uncontrolled territory has begun," the press service said.
