MOSCOW, March 16 - Sberbank of Russia said Ukraine's decision earlier today to impose sanctions is "discriminatory and politically motivated.”

"We are disappointed with the decision of the Ukrainian authorities to impose sanctions against PJSC Sberbank (Ukraine). We consider this decision to be discriminatory, politically motivated and not prompted by any actions by our subsidiary bank that violated Ukrainian law," Sberbank said in a statement.
