KIEV, March 15 – There will be no surprises in the memorandum of cooperation between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the Extended Fund Facility (EFF) that will be published after the decision of the IMF Board to provide the new tranche to Ukraine, Finance Minister Oleksandr Danyliuk said.

"The memo does not have any surprises. All these reforms set as top priority in the previous memos, the coalition agreement and the government plan are presented there," the press service of the ministry said on Tuesday, citing the minister.
