KIEV, March 3 – The Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine (NABU) has asked the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (which uses the same abbreviation NABU) to stop using the NABU abbreviation and the nabu in the domain name of its website.

According to a posting on the website of GENTLS law firm, acting as a legal advisor to the association, its client has certificates, according to which NABU is the registered trademark for goods and services meeting the requirements of the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks.
