KIEV, Feb. 28 - Nova Scotia (Canada) could be the place to start a new model of Ukraine's Cyclone 4 medium class launcher designed by Yuzhnoye (Pivdenne) Design Bureau (Dnipro), Canada's SpaceQ reported.

Maritime Launch Services Ltd. (MLS) registered in Canada with roots in the U.S. and the Ukraine is holding talks with the Canadian authorities to lease the Canso-Hazel Hill site in Nova Scotia for 20 years to build a pad for launches of a new variant of Cyclone 4 rocket – the Cyclone 4M.
