KIEV, Feb. 28 – Western partners can transfer used ships to Ukraine under a special scheme of payment, commander of Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Ihor Voronchenko said.

"One group of Navy officers [involved in the talks] has returned. I cannot name the country because I do not have the right. They have returned from abroad, where one decision has been positively settled. We are preparing the second group for September, i.e. the partner-countries, those that are providing assistance to us now. They consider the issue promising," Voronchenko said on channel 5.
