KIEV, Feb. 27 – Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People and Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deputy (Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction) Refat Chubarov has criticized the recent trip of parliament deputy Nadezhda Savchenko to occupied Donetsk, saying he is against attempts to fracture unified state policy into pieces.
"It is wrong to break up the unified state policy into pieces, and this goes for parliament deputies, as well. I regard these kinds of initiatives very negatively," Chubarov told journalists before the opening of the international conference, titled "Crimea under occupation: repercussions for Ukraine and the world," which began in Kiev on Saturday.
