KIEV, Feb. 17 – The Ukrainian power grid will be able to stably operate without any blackouts until March 15-20, Ukrenergo head Vsevolod Kovalchuk said.

"We can guarantee that with the current temperatures and current operations no one would feel the concrete results of introducing the state of emergency until March 15 or March 20," he said on Facebook page of the company.
